(NYSE: CHS) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0525 per share of its common stock, a 5% increase over the dividend rate from June 2011. The dividend is payable on June 25, 2012 to Chico's FAS shareholders of record at the close of business on June 11, 2012.
